> **Pros**: The software is robust and heavily customizable. No other practice management software can be visually customized to see available resources at a glance.

> **Cons**: The capabilities of the software do require learning which modules hold a particular function. Fortunately the search, index, and customer service are good at indicating where to find a particular feature.

> After 10 years of using Impromed as a customer service representative, inventory manager, and Practice Manager I've used this software extensively as the base of all hospital operations from scheduling to inventory to internal communication. Once a person learns the basics of the software, most things become fairly intuitive.

> **Pros**: Impromed is a great PIMs system. There is so many ways you can set this system up. It is a geeks dream for being able to set up the way you and your staff will use this system.

> **Cons**: The hardest thing the script labels you have to program and its not the easiest thing to do if you have never had to use programming keys.

> Overall easy to use and great to setup for your clinic the way you would like. Doctors can set so many different things up in their notes when using this program as well.
