> **Pros**: It has some good reporting features.  We are able to choose from many stock reports that are helpful and can customize reports to fit our needs.
> 
> **Cons**: The constant glitches.  This program is so full of quirks and glitches, it's all but unusable.  We have 4 employees who use it daily and they all moan and groan in frustration regularly.  The glitches are many, varying, and affect every function.  We now refer to the program as "RouteGlitch".
> 
> Our experience has been horrible.  When we ask the representative if they could fix something we hear, "our programmers aren't paid to do that".  The program is pitifully full of glitches and customer service has been slow and unresponsive.  We would not even consider this program if we had to do it all over again.
