> **Pros**: This program is easy to understand, and create groups of people.  I use it to send group emails most often and it is fine for that use.

> **Pros**: The best thing about ChurchInfo is it's free.  I used with an international non-profit organization that worked for in the past.  It allows you to keep a lot of information about your members - address, contact, family, volunteers, etc.  We haven't tried using it for online donations, I'm not sure if it's really promising.  It's self-explanatory as a user, but it's not that easy to use.

> **Cons**: The reporting options are quite limited, if you can't make use of it, that's all that you got.  If you'd like to get more information, you might just be forced to download it from your phpmyadmin page.  We also lost our admin password to log into the front end of the portal.  It was IMPOSSIBLE to fix.  We couldn't upgrade it, so if you're using it, don't ever lose the admin password.  The only option that we had was to download all the tables that we are using thru SQL, and rebuilt the database into another platform.  It's not that easy to use either, could be quite difficult for first timers.  However, if you get into a regular groove of routine, it gets easier.
