> **Pros**: The implementation specialist was great- very helpful.Works well with LCP Tracker.

> **Cons**: I often get errors uploading a file into their system.  Good luck getting support over the phone.  Implementation fees are INSANE.  Website could stand a few updates.  Overall it is clunky and not intuitive.  There needs to be a better way to close jobs and only see active projects.  On top of the monthly/annual fees there is a per report fee.
