> **Pros**: The software is easy to set up and use for the associations we manage.  The ability for homeowners to be able to review important information for the Association is very helpful to management.

> **Cons**: We have observed some areas that could be tweaked, specifically as it relates to reservations.  Additional areas of improvement would be adding specific links to committees, etc., as this is requested many times from the owners.
> 
> Overall, we are pleased with the website software and the offerings available.  It is certainly easy to use, and members enjoy the ease of access to communications and files for the association.

> **Pros**: The functionality and support are the best features.   Was quite good for our 124 unit condo association.

> **Cons**: Steep learning curve but the more features you get the more intense the set up becomes but found it well worth it.  The biggest negative is they were promoting a new system and have stopped or minimized the enhancements to this version.

> Excellent communication tool as well as document management.  Also has nice to have features like maintenance and rules violations reporting .  This software is flexible to add new reports or document sections.  They provide online payments but we did not use that feature.
