I know that once you do, you can save that report for later, but getting it to show what you need it to is sometimes frustrating. > > It's a long process to get set up and ready to go live, but our representative was very helpful and we had regular meetings until it was completed. When I have a problem, I find it difficult sometimes to get it straightened out in a timely manner. Alot of emails going back and forth, but can't seem to get some things resolved.
