> **Pros**: The product is easy to understand and use for a broad spectrum of users from entry level Accounts Clerks to Senior Surveyors and Senior Finance Personnel.  With minimal training, all users are able to take the software in their stride.  The inbuilt document management system has proven invaluable with our annual external audits by reducing audit times by over 60% and making the process a lot smoother for all concerned.  The cost reporting function is especially useful for our Surveyors enabling them to keep an eye on their project costs in real time.

> **Cons**: The software could benefit from a simple report writer as there are always bespoke reports required by different parts of the business.
> 
> Evolution M brings multiple departments together allowing the business to work from one platform.  This reduces the risk of duplication and discrepancies from tying to reconcile from multiple platforms.

> **Pros**: The whole process from demonstration to implementation was smooth and seamless. The functionality of the product is excellent and the support second to none.

> **Cons**: there are a few little niggles that are being addressed such as if you input the same reference in a batch then in the reconciliation this shows as a "Group of 2 or 3", and the fact that journals cannot be posted directly to the bank accounts. But, apart from that it is exceedingly easy to use.

> **Pros**: What it aims to achieve is to link all the unique aspects of Construction accounting together which in theory would cut down on double entry.

> **Cons**: The product is not very user friendly. Compared to the software that we now use, the amount of work you need to do is huge. One small example, for creating PO's an intuitive system would allow you to start typing the name and the product would just come up. In Evolution M you need to go to the correct category and scroll and scroll until you get to the right product.

> The main issue was the customer support... takes a long time for anything to get help with query. The system does work, but there are much better options out there

> **Pros**: It gives a full description of items on there and it is easier toimport a pricebook into.
> 
> **Cons**: Emailing is an issue as we have had to downgrade our microsoft version to allow Evo M to send emails, also when clicking on an email within the system and then attaching a document i.e excel, it converts the file into a winlail.dat file which people are unable to open.
> 
> Happy with the overal experience, few teething problems but to be expected.
