> **Pros**: Identity Portal makes it look good, easier to configure for end-users while maintaining configuration power for admin users in Identity Manager part. Integration of various endpoints and business process is easier as well now. Make sit possible to include business people in IDM process while not intimidating them with a lot of technicalities. Overall, very good solution for Identity Management.

> **Pros**: Es extremadamente configurable, se pueden crear conectores especificos con cualquier endpoint, tiene politicas de aprovisionamiento, password e emails que permiten hacer de todo, tambien se puede integrar via api a otras plataformas y ademas de eso consta con politicas express y acceso a configurar automatizaciones programables externas como jasvascript, bat, etc.

> **Cons**: Tiene una curva de aprendizaje muy empinada, es dificil de aprender pero luego de 5 años con esta herramienta puedo asegurar que es la mas completa del mercado
