Palm Tech Complete has some nice features the old version didn't have. > > **Cons**: Palm Tech Complete has so many problems, they fix one and 10 other issues arise. Same old BS when you call for support-we are working on it.... We used Galaxy tablets with the old version that worked pretty good, then we were forced to buy PT Complete, The Galaxy Tablets wouldnt work with the new software so we were forced into buying Apple Mini tablets and we have had so many problems with them also. They did not Beta Test this software before forcing it on us. I am not going to waste my time going through all of the problems with this garbage. Then to top it off, I get an email from them telling me our software license was up for renewal and they were billing our credit card on the renewal date. I told them no way do i want to be charged until we get the issues fixed. Well they went ahead and billed us anyway and I have been trying to get this resolved for over a month with no response. I have realtors who want the wording done in a way that is legal but also in such a way that it doesn't scare clients off. I have had great conversations with different tech support personnel and always had my issues resolved.
