> **Cons**: The customer support (except for one friendly and helpful woman) is completely lacking but is also shockingly rude.
Customer support often disregard your concern dismissing/deflecting your needs but I have also encountered one member who swore under their breath at me - I would like to note that I rarely call them for help and it is not like I had exhausted their time.

> We have used HR3 for 5 years plus and the system is slow, riddled with issues, not easy to use and lacks adequate customer support and given the many other products on the market, it is definitely overpriced. It also lacks integration ability with many other products.
