> **Pros**: The solution is built to be "personalised", I chose the word personalise vs customise as I believe that they are two different things. A solution that is built to be personalised allows you to change the view, fields, entries, etc, without having to modify the background code. A customised solution requires changes in code that can result on performance issues. A CRM solution that can be personalised vs customised has the potential to assist an organisation without compromising performance and salesforce being a SaaS solution can grow with the organisation without affecting customer service.

> **Cons**: Not a problem with the solution but the vendor, be selective and wise about the preferred vendor selected to support your platform. Working with the wrong vendor can have serious consequences as your end users may feel that the solution is not adequate when it was the vendor who did not implement a good solution in the first place due to lack of requirements understanding or a poor set of skills.

> Overall, great experience, the migration process caused a few headaches but we got there at the end. It is important to have a solid migration plan from your existing on premises or SaaS CRM solution. That will be the key for a successful implementation.
