It helps to reduce time to searching for documents separately. Also, on-site workers also use this software with their mobile phone. Then they can quickly upload site photos or report builders working hours automatically. I could check the total finance directly through budget tab. We can easily compare the total budget and actual cost. > > **Cons**: When we upload PDF files or image files, some times the system clashed due to the large size of the documents. It takes time to refresh. > > Procore is great software to integrate all construction process. We can upload image files and PDF files to relevant location. The best benefit of Procore is core integration. I used this program when I worked as a QS. I can quickly chase up the programme and budget. Budget chasing and follow up the programme is critical for QS.
