Receiving parts, doing physical counts, printing labels, and adjusting inventory are still done in the old system. > > We began with the old system, Paccar Connect, back in 2005. In 2020 we were switched over to this system. It was very rough for a few years with not much knowledge from your team and turn around with employees as far as getting our troubles and questions answered. We find it easier and faster to still use the old system for our parts department. We still use the old system for re-ordering parts and labeling.
