We provide Professional Services as the Owner’s Agent and guide all project participants through each phase of construction. Spitfire has been implemented to better manage the complete business. One area of great value was in the budget / forecasting portion of the integrated system. Once handled by a custom spreadsheet, now all Project Managers use a standard product to better analysis from start to finish. Another area of benefit is ‘collaboration’ with Third-Party Business Partners, to include; Owners, Contractors, Engineers, Architects and other project consultants. Now information is exchanged in a wide range of documents like; Submittals and packages, Drawing logs, Request for Information, Request for Proposal, Change Orders, Meeting Minutes, Contractor Compliance, etc. This provides on-line information exchange and historical records retained which were once accomplished by passing around manual documents in a hand carried fashion, or via courier and FAX.
