> **Pros**: The customer service is great. When we need help with something, it's taken care of that day and they know that our issue is an emergency so they try their best to get it cleared up fast.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the reports are as clear as we would like them to be. But when we call customer support and tell them what we are looking for, they help us create a report that tells our auditors what they need to know in a report custom created for our utility.

> When I started here 9 years ago, there was a different utility billing program that was not user friendly and I was very glad to switch to one that was easier to use. Since I use it daily, the ease of use was a welcomed change.
