> **Pros**: I had been using QuickBooks Payroll, but the cost was going up.  I search all over the net and found PayWindow by Zpay.  Awesome, affordable and easy to use.  I have used is since 2012.  Easy to get support which is unusual for a low cost program and way easier than using Intuit support.

> **Pros**: Easy to use.  Quarterly and annual tax forms included.  When Quik Pay was discontinued and Intuit began their subscription model with Quick Books, I changed over.  Initially not quite as easy as Quik Pay but quickly became routine.  Very affordable.  I have recommended it to other small business owners and they have continued to use it for many years.

> **Cons**: Frequent updates that require program to be reinstalled slowing payroll process, however they are included in the $45 annual subscription.  Also, not multi-state.

> **Cons**: The interface is clunky and unintuitive.   The print application is awful.   Support is mediocre and sometimes obnoxious.  You have to fiddle with numbers (unsure whether they're inches, mm, etc) to align forms to print out checks, 941's, W-2's and W-3's.     With WSIWYG and laser printers the whole process is cumbersome and tedious.  The author claims he keeps the price low by pushing the purchase of Deluxe forms from which he makes a commission.

> Too many other programs out there to bother with this one.  If you do try it, make sure you thoroughly test it as there is NO REFUND POLICY.  The author will glady contact you with smart alec details on how he vets a product, so make sure you look at every single feaure or you are stuck.
