### "NOT friendly for IT admins who value time" — 1.0/5

> **Pros**: As an IT admin, I personally do not like this product. Its not easy to install, its not easy to deploy, literally 0 effort was spent in making it easy to deploy this product to the end user seamlessly.

> **Cons**: As an IT admin, its quite frustrating to be forced to use a "user setup" method. We need to log the user in manually, wait for their profile to load and then manually install the software. The company has provided NO means for automation here. I do not recommend using this software. It will waste your admin time, your IT time and your employee's time.

> I would describe my experience with Unity Accounting as a complete waste of my time. I have spent more time manually installing this product when I should have only configured it ONCE. Do not use this product if you value your time\!  A very simple MSI installation package or some basic effort to allow an admin to deploy your product would make a LOAD of difference.

> **Pros**: Esi law is extremely easy to use once you do the tutorial and watch videos online provided by the company. Also, I use the billings software, client management, conflict search, trust accounting daily and it has made my self so much easier. Additionally, their support staff are nothing short of amazing. Whenever I have an issue (which is rarely), I get support/help right away and I do not have to wait hours on hold. I am instantly contacted through email and their customer service is beyond exceptional. I have had the pleasure of having the help of many support staff but \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] in particular who has always helped me, followed up and made sure I had no issues whatsoever. He has made my usage of Esi Law 100x better with his amazing customer service, great guy\!

> **Cons**: I have always been disappointed by the lack of a training manual.  I could solve a lot of problems on my own if I had the training manual instead of calling and waiting for days for a reply from customer service.  Also, only having two people available to help is not helpful.  It would be better if someone answered the call when I need help and helped me in that very moment.  The help function through the program is horrible.

> **Pros**: We started off with Esilaw original version which worked fine.  The new version Esilaw 360 is much improved  as regards to time entering - easy to go back to correct dates and entries, all the reporting requirements are clear and it's easy to access everything the business or Law Society requires. Billing is very easy to use and very easy to read pre-bills and make adjustments, as well as reversing or editing after.

> **Cons**: There have been a few glitches.  My main complaint would be with timing of support.  Support is very good with regard to advice, fixing a problem or correcting errors, but what use to be same day support, it now takes a few days.
