> **Pros**: iPS was very flexible to work with and made a bunch of modification to the platform to help fit the needs of our growing business. Very easy to work with and always willing to get creative to provide a tailored solution

> **Cons**: It was hard to create a central HR and payroll hub within the system. It worked extremely well at what it was good at, but had limitations for growth.

> Really loved iPS, great people to work with and was a very reliable system to get our stuff organized and documented. Was an amazing first payroll software for our company\!
