> **Cons**: HORRIBLE customer service.  Your average wait time on hold is 10 minutes. &#10;Ally has messed up payroll 3 weeks in a row. NOBODY at the company cares.

> My overall experience has been terrible since day 1.  The app that the caregiver's clock in and out with never works and payroll has been a nightmare. I hate that they don't care about caregivers not getting paid. It is not small amounts that are not being paid, it's hundreds of dollars.
