After getting used to the many different components you understand that it can do so much more - I tried many other systems but none come close. The survey tool allows to create flexibility with time slots, ticket tokens etc etc... simply great. If this is not convincing already: It is GDPR compliant hosted in Spain. And it gets even better: The service desk is answering really quick - not a autoresponder or AI bot, no: Real humans interested in results that solve your problems. This is the way it should be. > > **Cons**: It needs a little bit of a learning curve for the highly advanced configuration aspects, but the video tutorials and knowledge base / FAQ solves any issue - in the worst case the help desk team will help you, but that is not a Cons... it is a big Pro. > > So far - I had a great experience.
