> **Pros**: I really appreciate receiving live email notifications when a contractor signs in, rather than having to rely solely on their word. It’s far better than using a sign-in book, which can easily get lost and lacks any reliable record. Additionally, I love that the notification includes the contractor’s mobile number, providing me with a name and contact number that’s easily accessible both in the moment and for future reference.

> **Cons**: Just last week, a contractor signed in, and I received an email notification. It wasn’t a service I booked or was aware of. The notification was great because I could call the contractor directly on their mobile to ask what they were doing at my site and why they were there. This saved me from having to search around to find them.

However, I wished I could simply send a message from the email notification to their app or mobile number to get the same information. A text box within the email for me to ask, ‘Hi, I am the general manager at the location you just signed in at. Could you please let me know what you are working on today?’ would be very helpful. This would provide an extra record of their activity and save me from having to call them or log into the website, which can be very time-consuming.
