> **Cons**: Pumble automatically added our new VA to our \#general channel, which we didn't really want, and it turns out you can't make that channel private on the free version.

> We were looking for a low-cost, robust chat and messaging system to use for our small business. Pumble has turned out to be excellent for us and is giving us everything we need. We've used Slack, Teams, and other systems in the past and Pumble is as good as, probably better, than any of those for our needs. We're also now working with a remote VA who we've added to our account. She says it's very easy to use even though she's never come across the product before. We're on the free plan and that's exactly what we need for now.

> **Pros**: It's similar to Discord and Slack, and it doesn't appear to have the 90-day message history expiry date. It's pretty easy to learn because it's similar, and it holds similar login methods to the previously mentioned apps.

> **Cons**: I don't appreciate getting emails about new users joining, as well as how there was no underline to turn them off in the messages from Pumble (it felt as if it was not clickable). I also don't appreciate the many tabs above the channels; I feel as if it clutters the UI. There doesn't appear to be any voice call channels (at least in my server).

> So far for my first few days with Pumble, it's satisfactory. I do wish it to be more like Discord (possibly even the members tab to be on the right). Nothing really stands out to make it unique, but it feels functional.
