> **Pros**: Great way to recognize individual or group contributions to the company.  Can either send publicly or privately with the system.

> **Cons**: Missing some key holidays in the eCards section.  Winter does not include Christmas, Summer does not include July 4th (in fact the only summer holiday listed is Pride Month) and no Father's day.  No response back from customer service when I emailed about possibility of adding additional holidays.
