- Déploiement sur toutes plateformes sans limitation, un des rares produit à permettre cela  (accès web / appli Android / Iphone strictement identiques)
- Uniquement des clients légers, donc actualisation multiposte en temps réel, 
- Possibilité de définir le produit au moment de la saisie du ticket, (aucune autre solution ne permet cela)
- Transformation naturelle devis en commande / ticket...
- Possibilité de règlement différé (même si cette fonction souffre de problèmes, voir ci-dessous)
- Service client réactif

De petites anomalies agaçantes que l'éditeur refuse de prendre en compte
- facture mal rédigées lorsqu'elle concernent un paiement différé (on n'en comprend pas la raison) qu'il faut modifier manuellement pour éviter que les clients ne paient le montant HT au lieu du TTC
- erreurs de compensation du livre de caisse lors des annulations de ticket (paramétrages et options inutiles et confusants)
- Mode de paiement différé nommé "Note de crédit" au lieu de "Note de débit"
- Modes de paiement "en dur" - il faut faire avec ce qu'offre le logiciel, de manière peu incohérente (cf ci-dessous)
- Les modes de règlement disponibles pour un règlement différé sont différents des règlement normaux, en particulier il est impossible de recevoir un paiement en espèce pour une facture en paiement différé "Note de crédit" (cf ci-dessus)
- pas de connexion TPE (comme la majorité des solutions du marché)
- réponses polies, mais négative du support client à toutes les demandes d'amélioration / correction. Il s'abritent derriere la soi-disant norme  NF 525 qui exigerait une requalification pour chaque modification, et l'approbation du certificateur (pressé ou incompétent) qui n'aurait pas constaté d'anomalie sur la présentation illégale des factures ou les compensations de caisse erronnées.
- pas de communauté d'utilisateurs qui pourraient peser sur le développement produit.
