The RevWork experience is built from the ground up with simplicity in mind. From your initial login to your dashboard, it’s a smooth and seamless user-friendly interface that most wouldn't expect from a program that provides such a wide range of features and benefits to its users. 

There are tons of options available when adding a new activity or training into your program. You can add a wide variety of content from videos to blogs and even social sharing options\! In addition, you as an administrator have full control over what users can see as well as how the content is delivered. I’ve never seen so many settings being offered in a learning platform before\!

> **Cons**: The adaptation learning curve. I wouldn't that this is really a con, learning any new software comes with a learning curve but everything in the app makes sense once you've gone through your first initial walk through. From the backend / admin side it takes playing around a little more. Remembering where to upload content ect. but once you get your process down it is seamless and easy. Plus readily available to publish to users.
