A number of our students join on their phones – and their browser may not be supported – so they only see a limited part of the screen. Even when turning the phone sideways, when still sees a very limited view – there doesn't seem to be a fullscreen option from the learners side. Tab management is a big area where I think things could be improved. Often, I'm finding that various tabs are "disappearing" behind the Main Room tab. Then what would be really helpful, is being able to save a tab, or archive it – rather than leaving it open as the only way to keep it. Without this feature, particular lesson space for the tutor and learner gets up with multitudes of tabs. I realise one can export and import, but it would be much better for it to be on the system – so, being able to save a tab, in that specific space – give it a name, and then reopen it when one wants to refer back to it. > > In general, I'm not sure how to describe it, but the platform is a bit "clunky" - i.e. not intuitive, and a little bit un-user-friendly. It would be fantastic if things could work more smoothly and obviously right from the beginning for our new tutors and learners.
