Despite the slight increase in system costs, it has proven to be a worthwhile investment by generating additional revenue for our organization. Furthermore, Playmetrics has significantly enhanced our ability to stay organized.

> **Cons**: Compared to WhatsApp, which focuses solely on communication, Playmetrics may not be the best communication app. Team managers often prefer to use group chat on WhatsApp or other primary messaging apps. However, it is essential not to allow that as the sole means of communication. Playmetrics offers the group chat feature, which functions effectively, but it also provides numerous other features that parents must fully become accustomed to and benefit from.
