> **Pros**: There is absolutely NOTHING to like about this product or the people behind it. The product is worthless. The people behind it are scammers. It's really that simple.

> **Cons**: What I liked least was purchasing a lifetime deal for the product with AppSumo, only to have my account blocked when my requests for support became too difficult for them to manage.

> The product was a NIGHTMARE from day one. The support is non-existent, and the \[sensitive content hidden\] has ZERO care factor about any of it.

Essentially, the product does not and never has worked correctly. I have made their support videos demonstrating the issues (repeatedly) and have even gone as far as providing them with their competitor's working embed code as an example. It took them MONTHS to get that working, only to have it cease working again.

Support didn't understand DNS well enough to make white-label URL's functional. Like with the embedding issue, I ended up making them videos to explain how DNS worked and helped them resolve the problem.

Eventually, after (literally) years, I got tired of the whole thing and threatened to sue them. At that point, they blocked access to the lifetime account I had purchased from AppSumo and ceased communicating with me. Search for them on Facebook, and you'll find I'm far from the only user with this type of experience.

> **Pros**: Yes, Serpwizz is on its way to becoming the best SEO audit tool ever. This is a challenge as there have been many established tools in the market. 

But with the addition of the features mentioned in the roadmap and perhaps a UI improvement similar to Uber suggest, I am confident this tool will go places.
