Allows us to track employee performance and can get things easily signed by the team. We've since added Expenses, Rewards and other components of the Access software, which is easily accessible using one button. All support is done via their AI chat tool, you can type in 'chat to a person' to raise a case if need be. I find the system intuitive and it has simplified some of our processes. I particularly find the reporting function easy to use and like how People HR automatically talks to our Payroll software, Paycircle. The mobile app makes it accessible to employees that are on the road and makes it easy to do simple tasks such as booking annual leave. Whilst Ripples can be complicated, once you have worked out how to use them they provide a quick workflow to enable tasks to be automated. I tend to use logbooks very frequently and they have been a staple in tracking employee requests. > > **Cons**: I would like to see an upgrade to the assignments, which we currently use to process overtime. The app is great for employees to be able to log their assignments but i would like employees to visually be able to see when assignments have changed status. I would also like to see a change to status when an assignment is entered by a manager, which doesn't require approval, it can make it hard to report on. There is a slight issue when an employee entered an assignment across 2 days, it has been known to duplicate. > > My experience from implementation to every day use is positive, as an administrator i find it easy to change settings. Another major benefit is the simplicity of HR processes: Employees can easily request holiday through the system Managers can quickly approve leave and log sickness Everything is stored in one place, reducing admin time Overall, it significantly streamlines day-to-day HR tasks. > > **Cons**: The main issue I’ve experienced is a technical glitch when trying to view stored documents. Occasionally, the system displays an error message such as “oops, something went wrong”, which means you have to log out and log back in before trying again. While this isn’t a constant problem, it can be frustrating when you need quick access to important records.
