> **Pros**: Social Ladder is relatively easy to use on the Ambassador end, and Social Ladder's support team is very responsive and helpful to admins. They're also very receptive to feedback and future iterations of the product, which I appreciate.

> **Cons**: Reporting can often be buggy and inaccurate with posts not showing up on campaign reports, analytics not properly pulling in, incorrect engagement rates, etc. Support is very responsive and able to help solve these issues, however, it usually takes a few days for a resolution which is of course understandable but can lead to campaign delays.
