It gives you complete control of your stock, booking workshop repairs, receiving and ordering goods and all sorts of reporting. Ascend are constantly improving the software and there is always some new improvements with every version.

> We have had a fantastic experience with Ascend, the back up from them is brilliant , if there is ever a problem or you cannot work something out then a simple phone call is all that is needed and help is at hand. They can even look after your bookeeping for you.

> **Cons**: There was not a dispatch board. The Loads page was clunky making i more difficult to search and manage loads. You could not rename the load or invoices status to better suit your needs within the app.

> I believe that Ascend is over priced, as they charge per user. The software is behind the curve in every aspect of TMS software. No process is simple with this TMS and that is crucial when creating, managing and billing many loads a day.
