On top of that, Jemini provides me with great insights and reporting on everything from annual leave liabiity, to peformance goals and aspirations.

The reporting is a game-changer as well. > **Cons**: Nothing to really note about the software itself but moving from multiple sources of information into a single system, meant we needed to collect missing data that we didn't have in a single place to ensure we got most of the Jemini features and reporting.

> Jemini team's experience implementing HR systems ensured the project didn't become a like for like replacement and that we took the opportunity to modernise the approach to people and payroll management.  Jemini is now used by close to 700 of our employees and managers and a key part of our employee engagement strategy.
