> **Pros**: Pro's????  There are zero pro's of using Brivity.  What is the purpose of a crm...Brivity has no idea.  No idea at all.

> **Cons**: You will spend a lifetime trying to figure out if it is even possible to get your leads in Brivity\!  Ask their employees for help and they will ask you what you mean by needing your leads to come into the CRM.  MAJOR RED FLAG

> Brivity has to be the very worst CRM I have ever used, ever.  CRM's are to collect leads.  Brivity does not.  It takes an act of God and months of waiting trying to see if you can even get your leads into the CRM--so far, 95 percent of my leads cannot even go into the CRM.  Then they have the nerve of telling you to use Zapier.  LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL\!\!\!

> **Pros**: i wanted the flexibility and ease of mind of using brivity, but that did not happen.   sales messed up numerous times and caused me more time to fix the problems than actually utilizing the time to implement anything.  \[sensitive content hidden\] was my sales.  worst ever.
