> **Pros**: We have had easier implementations. I don't feel, in the end, that this software was the proper fit for our business processes and size.

> **Cons**: We frequently have customers telling us that their shipping status is incorrect when viewing the landing page. Linc does not support all of our shipping methods so we also have customers telling us they cannot complete a return because their product doesn't show as delivered. We had issues during implementation trying to work around exceptions for features that were not built out as we needed them. Response times were often slow from our reps. There also seems to be a lack of knowledge surrounding how some of the features actually work. We should have done a much better job of vetting functionality before signing our contract with Linc.

> **Pros**: The chat bot curation tool is easy to use and it's great that it is self-service.

> **Cons**: It appears that the company is building the plane as they are flying it.  We are constantly being told that things are 'to be deployed soon.'  There is no reporting dashboard.  Any reports you may want to make, you need to mine through bulk data exports.

> Eh. There really isn't a sense of urgency to get things done.  There is also nearly no inter-company communication.  The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is saying or doing.  We were sold on features that the company cannot deliver on.
