> **Pros**: We scouted several solutions and this was the only system that could configure our Channel Sales Incentive program which is high on complexity as it uses multiple KPI's and criteria. 
Also, Propel was the only system that we found was able to include data based criteria into nomination rewards. This has considerably increased the accuracy of decisions for approval/ rejection of nominations.

These three key points made me select Zaggle for different schemes and campaigns.

> **Cons**: The web app availabilty, which is accessing the portal through a dedicated website, since a lot of people are not comfortable over phones and would want to use the web app for the same.

> We had a problem of distributing reward points to our dealerships, which was solved by the team through the usage of Zaggle Propel. Overall it was good experience, and we shall continue to use the platform in future as well.
