Reviews of Airmeet
THE platform for any type of online event – from intimate to massive
Pros:
When it comes to letting users host online events, Airmeet does several things, and does them very well! The one thing I like the most about the platform is the user experience it creates for the participants of an online event – both attendees and speakers. Having organized virtual summits in the past, I know that it can be quite challenging, sometimes, to get closer to recreating an experience that's similar to that of a face-to-face event, but Airmeet excels at it. I love the fact that attendees can engage with speakers – through features such as live chat, polls, reactions (with emojis), direct messages, as well as directly from the stage! Plus, there's the Airmeet smartphone app, which means that people can join you even through their mobile device. And since content is a good part of creating a memorable experience for the attendees of your virtual event, you'll be glad to hear that Airmeet also gives you quite a lot of power when it comes to "controlling the stage": you can hide/unhide participants, enable/disable reactions and polls, change your video & audio setting, add closed captions, and change the resolution of your live streams.
Cons:
There are some small things I'd change about Airmeet. For example, if you'd like to host an event as yourself, you won't be able to do it unless you add yourself as both the host and a speaker... this sounds a little strange, because it almost seems as if you are two different people. Sure, this isn't the end of the world but it's one of the couple of things Airmeet has that slightly add friction to the process for creating virtual events.
Airmeet - Does what it says on the tin - and more
Comments: Brilliant support. Love the fact that at anytime I can 'jump on to a support table' and get my questions answered in real time.
Pros:
Flexibility. We started to use it as our 'go-to' working online platform. It has enabled our team to grow, to work remotely more effectively and in turn that positively impacts our business. We have run a few events already and love the networking and social lounge, this has enabled our 'guests' to make connections they may not have made - and that has gained positive feedback We are now planning some larger scale events with partners and 'sponsors' - which is new to us.
Cons:
Branding - I would like to have access to templates so that we can get it right the first time.
cannot change user information
Comments: As I said above - I believe there is some fraudulent activity going on ir order to ensure that past users can't maintain past rates they originally signed up with. be careful.
Pros:
had 1 conference on the software. Some users were able to navigate.
Cons:
I signed up with an old plan, and now they refuse to allow me to change my email associated with the account. The email is no longer active and the URL no longer available. This is their sneaky way of making past users upgrade to new steeper pricing. Be very careful, they want your money and will not hesitate to make it hard for you to move forward without resetting your account so you have to pay updated pricing. we also found we had to have a support team to help people navigate the site.
Most Real Life Virtual Platform
Comments: Airmeet has surpassed our expectations. We use Airmeet for networking events and career fairs. Each booth is a virtual table in the social lounge. We've had so many ask about it and want to use Airmeet for their events.
Pros:
What I like most about Airmeet is the ease in setting up the events and the user-friendly interface. We have used the platform for career events and fairs. Each booth has their own virtual table. Overwhelmingly we have received very positive feedback from employers and students in that the social lounge really makes the event feel like an in-person career fair as much as possible in the virtual setting.
Cons:
1. Not being able to see full profiles of attendees. Allow full participant profiles to be viewable by attendees with the ability to add a LinkedIn url or resume. 2. Not having the ability to share pdfs or resumes at virtual tables. Allow pdfs (such as resumes) to be shared in direct messages or table chats. 3. Not being able to pin messages in the chat window. Allowing the option to pin a message at a virtual table would allow anyone who visits the table to view the message without having to repeat it in the table chat when someone new joins. 4. Small table chat window. Make the table chat window larger or add it to the side of the video screen. 5. Not being able to blur your background. Allow blurred or digital video backgrounds. 6. Not being able to customize the registration fields.

Airmeet feedback
Comments: Our virtual events has improve a lot, bringing more attendees to them. Currently is part of our brand strategy.
Pros:
Teh Conference format with parallel sessions considering the pricing is the most important
Cons:
The possibility to set the presenter background is something lack if comparing to Zoom for example. In addition, if Airmeet provides recording of the Virtual Table we may have a way to promote breakout groups and one of them with the ability to all the attendees (students) participate in a more interactive and fluid way without need to hands up to speak.
Don’t trust any dealbreaker
Pros:
It is a fantastic tool, but they broke the deal with lots of customers so stay away from this company
Cons:
Deal breakers never should be supported. They had LtD offered but after refunding window was closed they decided to close also the LTD accounts

Great platform to host virtual meets and webinars!
Comments: Airmeet is the new zoom. It will takeover by how much better and how much on point this is.
Pros:
It's like zooom, but even better in every way! Host webinars with ease, great alternative to zoom! Great!
Cons:
It's great for me, but I can tell that some people won't feel an urge to switch from the more well known zoom. But when you try this out, you'll be sold!
Alternatives Considered:
Best Virtual event hosting software
Pros:
The concept of tables, chairs, backstage, stage in a virtual setting
Cons:
Consumes a lot of bandwidth therefore frequent connection issues.
Airmeet breathes new life into run-of-the-mill video conferences and workshops
Comments: It is an amazing platform that has allowed us a new dimension in implementing and executing virtual meets and events closer to a physical feel (without the need to go VR or game-ified platform), specially when you're dealing with people who appreciate a more straight forward approach
Pros:
It is so easy to use and highly intuitive for those who are always in a video call or attending a virtual event. I love the fact that break out tables are integrated off the bat. The ability to also schedule your speakers, and that it has a virtual green room is also a super big plus.
Cons:
Some feedback we got is that the older, more technologically challenged participants had a steeper learning curve. We addressed that by creating a step by step manual, complete with screenshots and what to press, but there are those who are really challenged by technology. I also wish that there could be consideration for payment integrations for those based in the Philippines like GCASH, PAYMAYA or something similar.

Great product
Comments: Great! From the very beginning the support team was extremely helpful and pricing was more than fair. We got so many compliments from people who participated in the event on how great the platform we chose was.
Pros:
Easy to learn how to use the software to set up an event. Great customer support. The "networking tables" were the perfect feature for our virtual college fair.
Cons:
The "networking tables" were not accessible on mobile at the time, which restricted some students from being able to fully access the event. Airmeet is working to make them available on mobile now.
Alternatives Considered:
An almost there solution!
Comments: I see this as an almost perfect solution - it would be lovely to have more options for third-party integration such as interpretation (other than interpret, you should be able to assign your own interpreters). I little bit more freedom to customise and you're there!
Pros:
Customisable branding and the table-based discussion space is a superb features. It creates an inclusive, dynamic environment for people -mimicking the networking opportunities of in-person events. It's also great that we can stream in to Airmeet, with no issues a at all
Cons:
One major reason why I use streamyard to stream into Airmeet is the ability to add banners, and images and control the camera view layout for everyone watching. The way that Airmeet squeezes cameras on screen means people's faces are often cut off and there's nothing we can do to resize people in the meeting. The mobile experience is also very poor - should be prioritising an app for mobile users.
Good platform
Comments: Airmeet allows us to connect to our audience. The emoticons that can be used is a great way for attendees to feel connected! The support from the team is good.
Pros:
I like that you can upload your videos, and it's easy to play to delegates. Looks streamlined.
Cons:
We have had times where the video could not play. There was a glitch on the system
Good product, or rather one that can be given a shot!
Comments: Airmeet is certainly a good product, especially if one tends to use it solely for hosting webinars. With the advent of hybrid events I would recommend the potential users to evaluate further options as Airmeet's current capabilities might not be at par with the demands.
Pros:
We used Airmeet to host some of our webinars intially and later realised it's ease to use which made us more confident in the product's capabilities.
Cons:
While this may not be Airmeet's own (controllable) metric, I suppose the streaming quality at times (for some of the event attendees) tends to drop down a few notches midway through the webinars.
Amazing experience with our first virtual event!
Comments: It was amazing! We want to connect with people. Pre pandemic, we were doing this through physical events, meetups, and workshops. Post pandemic, this is all virtual, and there is where Airmeet fits in. The experience is very close to that of a physical event, plus you get an international audience which was not possible. I am curious to try how it is in a hybrid setup altough!
Pros:
I really like the look and feel and the user experience of the platform! The UI/UX is neat and clean; navigating through the dashboard is quite simple, even for first-time users. The actual event experience is also quite rich. Infact even before the event you can go to the lounge area and see how it will look like on the day of the event. The experience on the day of the event is also quite nice! It is just like you are backstage then you go the frontstage then you go to the networking arena. It is quite close to in person experience. The audience engagement features help you connect with your audience to improve the effectiveness of the event. Streaming features are also very cool and easy to setup even for non tech people.
Cons:
There is one feature of live streaming. In case you pause the event, the stream is disconnected and the video breaks into two parts. Instead, the streaming engine should stream some dummy stream showing some text like "we will be right back" and connect the new stream when live. Also, I am wondering why is there no direct stream option to LinkedIn? Other than this, the product is quite fantastic!
Fantastic product, although a couple of issues to iron out
Comments:
Overall, it is an excellent platform. It's a lot better to use than Zoom, although the only difference is that you can't see your audience when presenting (you can just see a list of people who have joined the live session).
It's very easy to use and some of the functionality is excellent (social lounge + chat/ questions tabs + backstage checks).
Pros:
The ease of setting up the platform for an event is great - very intuitive. Plus, the branding options on the $99 per month version are really good, which is one of the main reasons I chose this, so I could highlight sponsors' involvement (branding available on main page + social lounge tables + presentation backdrops). The fact that there are separate tabs for 'questions' and 'chat' was really helpful, which meant that speakers could easily answer key questions put to them by attendees without having to sift through the general chat. The social lounge element is great - a wonderful way of meeting fellow attendees. This was ideal for my charity client, where attendees could video chat with other attendees, speakers and sponsors.
Cons:
The software didn't seem to work as well on Apple products; some of the speakers using Apple devices had issues when sharing their screens during a presentation. Plus some attendees couldn't hear some of the audio/ couldn't access some sessions after they had started, although when I re-sent the invite link to them, this resolved the issue. I'm sure it is something Airmeet is looking into...
Airmeet Review
Comments: Airmeet has been wonderful for connecting large audiences for events like vendor showcases, state of the company meetings, and large scale collaboration breakdowns with big name brands. My company hasn't been utilizing Airmeet for long (just started due to the majority of the corporation now working remotely) and I'm looking forward to integrating it even more into our workflow.
Pros:
I love how easy it is to sync Airmeet to Eventbrite. It's very simple to sync Eventbrite registrations to an Airmeet. They utilize private tokens so the whole process feels very secure, and all you have to do is click which event you want to connect to Airmeet and you're basically done! In this day & age of virtual meetings & seminars is such a great tool to use to connect seamlessly with a virtual audience, and the ability to create polls, take questions and streamline Q & A is top notch.
Cons:
I don't have many complaints, I supposed it would be beneficial to create custom fields for the participants could coem in handy, currently you can only see/add your name, email, company & title.
Alternatives Considered:
Great and low-cost alternative to Zoom
Comments: There are loads of conference platforms competing for this space, but Airmeet is competitively priced, robust and has good features. The 24/7 help lounge is a real customer service plus.
Pros:
Like all platforms a little time is required for familiarisation, but Airmeet offers some genuine features to attract. Particularly the tables in the lounge, which give attendees a real feel of autonomy and ability to move from conversation to conversation. Inviting people up on stage is pretty seamless too. Perhaps the best part is the 24/7 help lounge.
Cons:
It chews up a good bit more bandwidth than Zoom, and could do with having green screen backdrops to harmonise the feel of all speakers being in the same place. The recent upgrade so can attend via iPad or mobile is welcome

Airmeet review
Comments: I love Airmeet, especially since the developers continue to work at improving the platform. Great experience and clients have been impressed with it.
Pros:
- 24/7 live customer support - continuous update/upgrades making the product increasingly valuable and improving the attendee experience - easy to set up an event - easy to navigate - social lounge is awesome
Cons:
- no way for speakers to see participants while speaking - unable to set up sessions with the social lounge. Sessions can only be set up with speakers. Please consider that some users use the social lounge for activities and planned discussions as opposed to only networking, so it would be helpful to indicate this in the schedule.
Review for Airmeet
Comments: As a member of ONECelibre community, I got the opportunity to collaborate with Airmeet for the event (ONECelibre - Celebrating Victories dated 3rd October 2020). Honestly, I'm extremely happy with their services. One of the best platform for networking, hosting online events and managing communities.
Pros:
I would like to highlight 3 features of Airmeet for anyone who is looking to host online events - 1. Unlimited demo sessions before the actual event. This makes them ahead of the competition by valuing the customers. 2. Customer support - Airmeet's 24*7 support team works like pro-team to help the customers to use the platform without any hassle. 3. Speed networking, Customizable branding, Multi hosts and speakers, social lounge, high-quality HD live broadcast & networking experience and live chat are super cool features which you can't miss out. Lastly, if you are community then here's a chance to bring your global community (tribe) together to an interactive virtual space.
Cons:
Bugs related to web browsing and audio control. I'd like Airmeet to have more efficiency with other internet browsers and have an integrated payment gateway feature.
Learning
Comments: Some good, some bad experiences.
Pros:
Options for presentations and networking
Cons:
Difficulty in access and staying on once in the venue. Have been blocked, lost, unable to get back on the venue, VERY frustrating.
Alternatives Considered:
Recommended platform for interactive webinars
Comments: I really like the platform for webinars and digital events. I didn't use all the available features but I'm confident to use Airmeet as my business grows and we can organize bigger online events.
Pros:
The intuitive and clear user interface and low learning curve are definately big pros.
Cons:
The free plan offers enough features to get a good feel of Airmeet and to get started. The paid plan could be more affordable than it is now. Airmeet has practically all the features you'll ever need and gives you a headstart when organizing professional events.
The perfect software for a big audience event where interaction is necessary
Comments: Great tool and great support service.
Pros:
The concept of tables is unique in that it allows an experience very similar to a real life event. Great for a training where discussion or work in groups is necessary. I've used it for private events (similar to a big family gathering, a birthday party, a wedding)
Cons:
Frequently a few participants are not able to be heard (they hear, but are mitted). It just affects a few people, but it has always happened in the events I've participated or organized.
Applaud this indigenous product!
Comments: The Airmeet platform came to our surprise & support at a time when we had to cope up with the WFH culture that was setting in during this year, precisely March 2020. We found this as an alternate to the existing platforms as it came with features like private chat rooms for the speakers, easy access to the participant details and the program schedules, ability to accommodate several thousand attendees, and ofcourse the backend support from the Airmeet team throughout the session that has made Airmeet our first choice to host online teaching-learning sessions for students and aspiring entrepreneurs. We strongly recommend members from academic institutions and corporates to try Airmeet..Best Wishes to the Airmeet team from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]"
Pros:
features like private chat rooms for the speakers, easy access to the participant details and the program schedules, ability to accommodate several thousand attendees, and ofcourse the backend support from the Airmeet team
Cons:
The initial setting up and link generation for speakers and participants separately....wondering if this could be made simple
Using Airmeet for live webinars
Comments: Airmeet is very good for allowing us to provide expert webinars to our customers and giving them a great experience along the way.
Pros:
The system is very smart in the way it uses features. I love the table feature and the backstage system is very useful to discuss with speakers before going live for webinars. The UI is nice and clean and explains the necessary steps well.
Cons:
Sometimes the speaker would not have audio or his mic would not be audible when he joined backstage and he would have to leave and join again. Also the timezone for setting time of events didn't work well.
Great for reproducing an in-person experience remotely
Comments: Our experience has been very positive, great support from the team to answer our questions and share with us their plans and how they would be able to solve our pain points in the future.
Pros:
We use Airmeet's social lounge and networking features for our team to engage and make connections remotely—it works very well for this, recreating the feeling of random meetups from the office.
Cons:
There were occasional technical challenges in the social lounge, especially with audio dropping, that produced a negative experience for some users.
