"Te pone en ventaja por una mejor experiencia de los clientes"

Comments: Muy buena nos permite avanzar en la transformación digital y destacarnos en el mercado local.

Pros: Es muy amigable para los clientes, muy fácil de usar, con un diseño limpio y moderno.
Tiene funcionalidades atractivas y novedosas. Por ejemplo pago de múltiples servicios a la vez.
Un solo desarrollo para web, móvil y Watch que te permiten ofrecer una exper única onmicanal a los clientes.
Nos permitió adoptar esquemas de seguridad avanzados que no dificulten el uso por parte de los clientes.

Cons: Queremos sacar más servicios más rápido.

"La platforma tecnológica, como un Facilitador para la Ruta de la Trasnformación Digital del Banco"

Comments: muy satisfactoria experiencia. tenemos aproximadamente 1 año instalado de uso del Software, y ha existido un crecimiento en la captación de nuevos clientes , afiliados a la Banca Digital , por autogestión y autonomía del mismo cliente.

Pros: Es muy relevante, indicar que la plataforma en su desarrollo base , su visión esta centrada y enfocada a generar una mayor y mejor experiencia para el usuario. Los clientes, pueden interactuar de forma fácil, eficiente y segura al realizar funciones y transacciones financieras. Va alineada a nuestra estrategia de la ruta digital, contar con nuestra Banca Digital Omnicanal BANISI
