> **Pros**: What I liked most was it's easy compatibility across a wide range of devices. My very first encounter with FieldData was on a highly budget-constrained project that couldn't afford to purchase any high end devices for it's data collection and field monitoring deployment. Luckily, we found FIeldData, which was compatible with the least sophisticated mobile devices out there, and still managed to deliver quite an impressive number of data management features.

> **Cons**: In areas with slow internet connectivity, we really struggled to send in data to our central base for verification and validation. In a few cases also, we suffered some amount of data loss after they had not been sent from mobile devices over a period of time. The log information on editing of filled forms and timesheets was also not very great, so we couldn't really tell if forms were being tampered with and at what point the last edits or changes were made to saved documents.

> Considering it was the only option available that could provide us the service we needed at the time under the tight budgetary constraints we were under, I can squarely say that it was eFieldData that saved our entire project. Otherwise, our final set of activities couldn't have been finalized for the completion of the project.

> **Pros**: I liked that the size of the software wasn't too big and therefore didn't take up valuable space on our storage-limited devices. I also liked the interface of the software which was very user friendly and quite easy to get familiar with.

> **Cons**: We had too many cases of data getting lost in the system. All troubleshooting attempts fell short, and we couldn't figure out whether the problem was from our devices or from the software. Eventually, we had to redeploy to the same project sites to recollect the data, which compromised several aspects of our assessments.
> 
> On the one side, I really appreciated how timely and easy it was for us to quickly train our field operators and auditors, and get them to be competent in its use. But I also rue all the time and project quality lost due to a lacking data flow system. Maybe current versions are much better.
