Blount and Beyond Loves Paperturn

Comments: I needed a place to share my magazine with my readers, nothing really worked out until I found Paperturn. It is a wonderful fit and my experience with Paperturn could not be better. Wonderful company.

Pros:

Blount and Beyond has found a wonderful home at Paperturn. It is user friendly, allows my readers to read the magazine on their phone, computor, etc. It is very shareable. I am so happy I found this business as it is a good fit for Blount and Beyond.

Cons:

I have not found any cons, I love Paperturn.

Paperturn for Printing Proofs

Comments: It's easy to use and so for it seems to accurately show our customers a preview of what their printed piece will look like.

Pros:

Ease of use, along with the extra features and permissions come in real handy. We use them to customize each customer's proof Experience.

Cons:

Upload time to the server is pretty slow. It'd help us out a whole lot if it could create a high quality ePub file.

Very functional and it works

Comments: I do broschures twice a year, and share them with my customers.

Pros:

Paperturn is really easy to use, and it works. Once you have your pdf ready, it is a question of a few minutes and there you are, your book-reading-pdf is ready to be shared.

Cons:

The fees are a bit too high, I would prefer to have a fee per order, not per month.

Dependable - Both the Product and Customer Service

Comments: Our client wanted a digital version on their annual benefits guide for healthcare open enrollment. In my past carriers, I have used similar products on the market, and was unhappy. Within my first chat with customer service, I was impressed and signed up for a free trial. Anytime I have had an issue, customer service was there to answer my questions (no matter how trivial!).

Pros:

My favorite part of this product is that our client can use this on their desktop and phone and there is NO DIFFERENCE between the quality and ease of use. As an account manager, a happy client is the goal!

Cons:

There was not one thing that I did not like; telling the truth!

Paperturn is great for immediate brand exposure!

Pros:

We use Paperturn for our digital brochure and pricelist. We are a B2B company, and we love how easy it is to send these digital copies out to our customer data base... it's instant communication and it saves us money on printing and distribution costs. Our customers can also easily share our digital brochure, with their own customers. So it's a double-win for us. And the best thing is, if there is a change to our pricing or product line, we just make the adjustments within the Paperturn platform - and we know that our customers, and their customers, immediately have access to the new and updated information - without us having to specifically communicate it to them. We also love that we can share fun videos of our products in use. And we keep an eye on our statistics to find out what products are the most popular, and where we can improve. There is a whole wealth of information we can gather from our new digital brochure and pricelist. We really love using Paperturn.

Cons:

We did some research in the beginning and found that Paperturn is a bit more expensive when we did a competitor comparison. We actually stopped our subscription and went for a cheaper option. But we only lasted two months before we went back to Paperturn. The system is so easy to use, and their customer service is superb. It's worth the little bit of extra money.
