> **Pros**: We love the flexibility of the lead capture app and platform, which allows us to capture leads at all our events without retraining staff. It is also event agnostic, able to scan badges with or without a QR code, and enriches our lead data with valuable info including phone numbers and affinity info.

> **Cons**: Captello is a game changer, a Swiss army knife for any event marketer or sales team. It takes a little time to adjust all the settings in the back end, but onboarding and support is hands down the best.

> **Cons**: The app required us to enter a typed note before we could scan the badge of the next potential lead at the trade show. This was somewhat time consuming especially when there are multiple people waiting to be scanned.

> Easy to set up and use. The reporting that it provides is excellent. The app is detailed and really allows you to notate everything about a lead scanned at a trade show so that you don't have to rely on memory.

Captello has a vast APP integration library and actually created a custom one for our virtual attendees to be tracked during an event. Having such knowledgeable and tech-savvy professionals on your side really makes virtual event planning simpler and less stressful.

> **Cons**: Captello's system has been great despite our third party virtual platform causing issues with webhooks and API integration (out of Captello's hands). Reporting in very specific circumstances have been lacking but plans to revamp and expand their capabilities are coming and we look forward to the improvements
