> **Pros**: The software is very user friendly and it is easy to set up new accounts within the ALM model when needed.  The software has room for a lot of accounts to be set up so we have been able to set up accounts at the product level in order to analyze our results at a detailed level.  There are several reports generated from the model, which provides various level of details, which has been very helpful in analyzing and presenting our results.

> **Cons**: When we do ALM benchmarking with our investment broker they determine the NEV of the investment portfolio using the OAS methodology.  It would be nice to have that as an option in this software as well.  We do receive data files in text formats, which can be opened in Excel.  If there was a way to be able to import changes to assumptions back into the ALM model through an Excel file that would be a great enhancement.  However, we do have the best relationship manager, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] , who always thinks outside the box, so he has always been able to find an efficient solution for questions or issues that we bring up.

> The customer service that we receive at OmniLytics is by far the best out of all of the vendors we deal with, which is attributed to our relationship manager, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] .  He is the fastest responder to e-mails.  No matter what we ask he always responds immediately with a well thought out response.  He is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to take the time to share that knowledge with us.  \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has really helped us to enhance our ALM skills, especially when it comes to analyzing the results.

> **Cons**: Interest Rate Sensitivity Simulations require a re-run of the reports at extra cost, not surprisingly but would be nice to run simulations on the fly at no cost.  I run internal modeling for these.

> I have used this ALM software for over 15 years and have been very pleased with the results.  More importantly, our state and federal examiners are also pleased with the reporting.
