> **Pros**: The product is easy to configure and works flawless. We can configure everything that we find important, especially removing privacy related information so it does not show on the display. Once configured, we have zero issues with it and our users use it without any training or instructions. The product is that simple.

> We have meeting rooms that our users can allocate using Microsoft 365. In addition we have iPads that controls the room automation (lights, screens, etc.) We needed a solution that enabled us to use the same iPads to show the room availability. This is especially handy for meetings that popup at the last moment, and our users were not able to book the room ahead of the meeting.

> **Cons**: As with any, there is always something to be improved. Hidding some menus, showing others, changing fonts and size, default themes are things that come to mind.

> **Pros**: We put this in place to help with the utilization of our meeting rooms.  There were many "squatters".  This software has made it easy for users to see the availability of the rooms and immediately book.

> **Cons**: Setup on each tablet is a bit tedious if you want to customize the colors and UI.  It would be great to be able to copy these settings between tablets.

> Works very reliably and is easy to use.  We set it up and it has just worked.
