> **Pros**: The hardware looks great initially you are led to believe from the straightforward set up it will be anyway. The website is slick and polished. But then you start to try and use it and ask for help from the support team.

After much to-ing and fro-ing, they gave a discount.The software for checklists hasn't worked since day one it's completely useless, instead of troubleshooting they wanted us to do that for them. provide a video of the fault and lots of other things we didn't know how to do. The fridge and freezer sensors are way too sensitive and alarms go off every 5 minutes, hundreds of email warnings every day, once again this is something they expected us to sort out. Support is only via chat unless you are lucky enough to find the phone number which they do not promote anywhere on their website. The price of £117 is very high and that's not including the printer, I also had to buy a tablet, when you consider that this is for a quarter of the service we were promised is disgusting. I've tried to cancel but that is proving difficult. I've been asked to contact the accounts team, that team doesn't have an email address or phone number so I'm not sure how I'm supposed to do that. Everyone at Navitas seems to work from home and they don't know each other like office colleagues. I suppose this is the customer service of the future\! I don't usually leave reviews but this is by far the worst experience I've had since setting up my business.

> **Pros**: Time saving. &#10;We equated a minimum of £600 labour, per month, completing kitchen compliance documentation per site. &#10;This also did not certify accuracy in the information logged.&#10;With Navitas Digital food safety we reduced employee time spent preparing and completing manual paperwork and ensured accuracy in all information published. Navitas provided the company with confidence in each sites reporting and comprehensive food safety compliance. This has been inestimable to our business.
