> **Pros**: Great product that gives great information.  I can find out how many people visited an event, where they came from, where they went after and some demographic info.  Has been helpful in addressing issues as well as helping with grant statistics

> **Pros**: I love Placer\! When a property or store doesn't have sales information, you can use the foot traffic data  to create a picture of the property or store. This allows you to look extremely smart to your clients.

> **Cons**: Not all of the data has been input for all centers or stores, so sometimes you have to request data be researched. While this can be quick (a day or two) for the centers, the stores will take much longer as they'd have to do a lot of research on a store that has store nationwide. You will probably not receive that information by your deadline.

> I use Placer to help develop and tell the story of a shopping center, it's tenants and the consumers that shop there. This gives clients/buyers a better understanding of what they are investing in.
