Comments: Overall very satisfied with the service and want to continue this in future as the interface is very cinvenient to use.

Pros:

The best option available in Dynamic 365 business central is very flexible planning and forecasting. Fast, consistent and very smooth access to the data and assigning it to the team is very easy.

Cons:

At sometimes it losses the connection with server and got stuck but I think in updated versions this will be sorted out.

Alternatives Considered:

Pretty easy to navigate, but the screen formatting needs adjusted

Comments: We use the collections module, sales, purchasing, service cost, job cost, subcontractor module, and more. We use purchase orders and 3 way matching and use dynamics for a wide range of use.

Pros:

You can easily adjust titles to be in red or have distinctive features to stand out, but it is not always easy to do on the financial module and you cannot do it when using features like smartlist.

Cons:

The inability to generate certain reports (you have to set them up yourself) which can be VERY time consuming.

Comments: It is crucial to be transparent about the initial learning curve and potential costs associated with implementation and customization. These aspects can be challenging when communicating product value to potential customers, especially small businesses with limited budgets

Pros:

I can say that Dynamics 365 Business Central stands out for several key aspects. What I value most is its seamless integration with the Microsoft ecosystem, which greatly facilitates adoption and use for companies already familiar with tools like Office 365. The flexibility of the platform is another strong point, allowing customizations that adapt to the specific needs of each business

Cons:

Despite its numerous advantages, it has some aspects that could be improved. From my perspective, the initial learning curve can be steep, especially for users unfamiliar with the Microsoft ecosystem. This can make it difficult for our marketing efforts when trying to convince potential customers of its ease of use. Another weak point is cost, which can be prohibitive for small businesses, limiting our target market

Beyond Cumbersome

Comments: I would create quotes and invoices using D365 BC. It is tedious, cumbersome, and nowhere near as clean, quick, and easy as Salesforce. I thought Salesforce was bad until I was introduced to Business Central and then quickly realized how much better I had it.

Pros:

Things could be done in it's own silo without interfering with regular Dynamics 365.

Cons:

Everything else. It was beyond cumbersome to just create a quote or invoice for a customer, and Salesforce combines everything into one, easier system. I think management at Prestige Medical Imaging went with it just because it was cheaper, but it wastes so much time.

Dynamics 365: Eh, it does what it should.

Pros:

I do appreciate the integration options for 365 and the updates it has made from great plains.

Cons:

The interface is outdated and it too difficult to find necessary reports. The report and field names are not common terms so you really need to know the software to find what you are looking for. Relying on the search feature is a bit immature to have to do.
