> **Pros**: The two big things for me are the control and visibility of sessions.

CMD allows you to control not only non-privileged users but also the root user. I am able to review every users session in a simple easy to read format, enforce controls that protect sensitive files, services, restrict dangerous commands and alert on any breach of policy or suspicious activity. 

Another benefit is not having to roll out infrastructure to support the software. You can roll out CMD agents across your environment within hours.

> **Cons**: All software has bugs and CMD is not immune to that. However, any issues I've had are dealt with quickly and dealing with CMD support team is great.

> The insight and control of all users is what is great about this software as well as dealing with CMD's support. Any issues I've had with software have been reviewed and solved quickly. You're dealing directly with the people that work on and build the platform.
