> **Pros**: Staff can use it on a mobile app or desktop.  It is a user-friendly app for most of our employees, and our spanish-speaking staff have the option of using their native language for the app.
> 
> **Cons**: It doesn't always communicate properly with our property management software (Room Master Cloud by Innquest) and sometimes rooms that we place out of service will come back into service or rooms that were clean are suddenly marked dirty.  This is an ongoing issue.
