> **Cons**: The service doesn't disclose to you that they are very expensive to use if you getting any inbound calls. Charges on 2 legs with 1min increments. your minimum charge per inbound call is around $0.007 even if the call is one second. This is very expensive.

> Clueless customer service. after we spend time and money to integrate to our side, suddenly suspended and account without any reason given. Requires personal docs for a company account. Refused to refund any money for unused services. I would stay away from this company. There are many companies that provide better and cheaper services. I've regretted spending all the money to integrate our phone system with them just to have account suspended without any explanation.
