> **Pros**: Only product we have come across that proves to be so useful for our weekly drives. Coordinators block the Interviewer calendar directly from the tool. Interviewer shares  feedback directly in the tool through own login. We can see drive no shows, candidates who accepted the interview invite and didn't come. Also, what my Recruiters really like is that now they can see which source gives them the largest numbers of hires. We stopped wasting money on different social media and job boards because we saw in our reports that hiring didn't come through any of them.
