It saves a lot of time on note-taking and allows you to stay fully engaged during conversations. The search functionality is also powerful as you can quickly find key moments, action items or decisions without replaying entire meetings.

> **Cons**: While the transcription is generally strong, it can occasionally struggle with accents, technical jargon or overlapping conversations. The summaries, although helpful, sometimes miss context or nuance, meaning you still need to review key parts manually. Also, some of the more advanced features are locked behind higher-tier pricing, which may limit value for smaller teams.

The recording quality is incredible, I’ve had meetings where the person I’m talking to is extremely quiet and there’s a lot of background noise but it still picks up the conversation we’re having. The notes are comprehensive and the action points it provides are helpful

It has made a huge impact on my reporting to clients, as before Fireflies, I would be talking and listening in in-person meetings, then jotting down bullet points. So much was lost just through information not being captured. That has completely changed, and I've received great comments from clients, boards, and banks.
