> **Pros**: Very smart and accurate, nothing else comes close to what I've used.
It has made a huge impact on my reporting to clients, as before Fireflies, I would be talking and listening in in-person meetings, then jotting down bullet points. So much was lost just through information not being captured. That has completely changed, and I've received great comments from clients, boards, and banks.

> **Pros**: I find their audio to text transcripts to be quite accurate, especially with a variety of accents and Maori words and placenames.  It's not perfect, but better than most that I have seen.

> **Cons**: The meeting summary AI is rarely appropriate for my context (which is not in the USA) so I end up putting it into my company copilot, which holds more context and provides a more relevant summary, notes, actions, etc.

> This is an excellent product for taking an audio of a meeting and transcribing it into text.  I love the web, mobile and desktop apps for this.  It's reduced my need to make notes during a meeting, because I can get them afterwards.  I tried several other meeting minute apps before, but this one is the best for different accents.
